Dancebites Conditions of Sale
**1. Introduction**
By enrolling in our classes or purchasing our lessons, customers agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
**2. Payment Terms**
Payments are accepted exclusively via credit or debit card.
**Payment Schedule:** Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any sessions. Late payments may result in penalties or late fees.
**3. Cancellation and Refund Policy**
Dancebites will issue refunds or credits, as applicable, for the following situations:
– Instructor illness
– Cancellations with short notice from our side
Refunds will be issued if a termination request is submitted in writing via email. Dancebites
will refund the remaining balance for the unused weeks, where applicable.
**4. Enrolment and Attendance**
Members can enrol in classes through our website. If a class is fully booked due to
maximum capacity, a waitlist will be available. Missed sessions are typically not rescheduled
or carried over. However, under exceptional circumstances, with approval from the
Principal, alternative arrangements may be made.
**5. Liability and Waiver**
All waivers are accessible through the enrolment form on our website when students and
members sign up. Dancebites accepts no liability for injuries or accidents that occur during
classes unless caused by gross negligence. Members engaging in physical activity do so at
their own risk.
**6. Code of Conduct**
**Behavioural Expectations:**
Students are expected to:
– Show respect towards instructors and fellow students.
– Be punctual and wear appropriate attire for each class.
– Adhere to the class format and follow instructions to ensure a safe and productive learning
environment.
**Health and Safety:**
Students must follow all health and safety guidelines set by the school/sessions to prevent
injury and ensure the wellbeing of all participants.
**Consequences:**
Students who violate the code of conduct, including disregarding the class format or health
and safety rules, may be prohibited from attending future classes.
**7. Use of Personal Information**
Personal information collected from students is used for registration, payment processing,
and communication purposes. See below our privacy policy, which outlines how data is
stored and protected, will be provided.
**Photography and Videography:** A consent form for participation in photography or
videography during classes is included in the registration form.
**8. Changes to Class Schedule**
The school reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or curriculum as
needed. Students will be notified of any changes via email or another messaging service.
